Residential Complex "Sonyachna brama"

Residential property of business class, office premises of B+ class. Second, third and fourth stages of the complex are under construction. First stage* was put into operation in December 2010.

Sonyachna brama residential complex is located in Holosiivsky district of Kyiv, which is considered to be one of the ecologically cleanest in the city and is remote from industrial areas.

The complex is located near a newly opened metro station, Exhibition center, and has a convenient transport connection with the city centre. Reconstruction of a traffic intersection at Moskovska square, completed in 2010, significantly improved the transport accessibility of the area.

Sonyachna brama residential complex consists of 16 buildings including 14 residential and 2 office blocks. The number of floors varies from 5 to 19. The total area of the complex is 234 thousand sq m.

Sonyachna brama is a large-scale project of a residential complex with full scope of internal infrastructure, which includes a fitness center, a supermarket, a pharmacy, shops, laundry and other retail premises.

The project consists of four stages. Commissioning of the whole complex is scheduled for 2nd quarter of 2014.

Residential Compex 7, Laboratornyi lane Residential property of premium class is under construction. The object is located not far from centre of Kyiv between two central strees - Velyka Vasylkivska Street and Lesi Ukrainky Street. Two metro stations - Palats Ukraina and Pecherska are situated near the object. Construction is planned to be completed in 2013. The total area of the building is 54913 sq. m.
